    3. TIC will send internet service receipt as per telephone line owner address together with monthly True phone bill or direct to user for TOT number.
    4. In case of the telephone line that declares in the application was canceled, hence, the Internet service will automatically cancel without advance informed.
    5. In the event that the subscribers fails to pay any amount which may became due by the subscriber to TRUE in terms hereof on the due date for such payment, subscriber has fulfilled his/her obligations in terms hereof, or to be terminated from the service.
    6. Unexpected disconnection through the use of easy from system distraction from other network or other external factors, end user must immediately cooperated to inform service provider about cause and effect of that events so as to solve the problem promptly.
    7. If the subscriber be in default of any payment due in terms of this agreement or fail to observe and perform any of the other terms, conditions or obligations of this agreement, the TIC shall be entitled, but not obliged, in its sole discretion and without prejudice to any of its rights that it may have in law, including the right to claim damages.
    8. TIC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as it deems appropriate.
